Christians Supporting Fostering and Adoption

Every day more than 50 children are taken into care in the UK. They are removed from traumatic, abusive and neglectful situations. There are currently 4000 children waiting to be adopted and 8600 foster families desperately needed. Kate and I believe that the church should be part of the problem in order to provide children with a home for good.

If you are interested in finding out more, please come along for an informal gathering to hear from Christian foster carers and adopters as well as social workers involved in the assessment process.

The Barnabas Centre - Tuesday 17th November, 7.30 - 9 p.m.

In the meantime please visit http://www.homeforgood.org.uk for more information on the Christian response to this issue.
